The location was fab - just 5 minutes' walk from Fresh. There were bars and restaurants next to the place. There were soundproof, spotless rooms with tea, extra space, as example...
Their staff were not very friendly.

I appreciated 2 nights there. Its location right next to Fresh was marvellous. It was located in a relatively quiet area not far from river, shops, pubs and the restaurant and a huge convenience store, a lovely base for me.

The staff in this hotel are what make it so good. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The suite I stayed in was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. If I had one negative comment it would be the lack of room service. This hotel operates on a policy of having guests collect their orders from the restaurant themselves which isn't the most convenient. Overall though I had a very pleasant stay.

I had an amazing stay! The breakfast variety was fantastic, especially the American pancakes with Nutella! Our room had a lovely balcony, adding that extra charm. Plus, the service was great, with little touches like chocolates on arrival.
